Life like a roller coaster
Past few weeks has been a thrilling
week! Emotions between my wife and I has been like a roller coaster,
not that our relationship is troubled but the effects of house
hunting has made it otherwise. We nearly bought over 3 houses. All
was only a phone call away but at the moment of decision, someone
stepped in with the cheque and we were too late. The last one was the
one that made us snap! Everything was alright, the price, the
location, the community around the area, it was all superb but
something happened and we had a problem with paying the initial of
the mortgage.
JEEZ! then when we overlooked our problem we decided not to buy any
more until the US economy stabilize because I heard it will some how
affect the market rate. i don't know but the idea of getting a house
now has died a little, that is until we sell our condo. In a way, its
probably a blessing in disguise because we some money left for us to
travel - that is why my beloved wife is now on a holiday spree. I
just got news from her that her agent is going to offer the both of
us free accommodation on this island :) i just cant wait for that to
happen. now our emotions is going up and down again because of it - *laugh*

When you're still schooling, you may be
thinking about having a girl friend, then as times go by and when you
start working, you would probably start thinking about money. Of
course, my first was to having a wife to love and support me. But now
that's fulfilled and I think I'm reaching my mid-life crisis, I
believe money is what I'm after now. Not to say I do not love my wife
but I love her even more but the idea of having kids and a family of
my own has come into the picture. And having a to take the next step
in live needs heaps of planning especially in the financial area. But
to achieve that level is not as easy as it says it would be. Like for
instance, I wanted to save up to at least a hundred k's before I want
to have my first child. That'd be cool because I'm gonna be a dad! ok
not yet, but along the way things happen, stuff like my condo (hate
it so much I wanna sell it!) car loans this and that bills bills
bills ugh... and my wife's on a holiday spree *laugh* but that's ok,
in-between here and there, I would get some crisis moments until
sometimes I would have to succumb to pay
day loans and sometimes, take the money I'm saving for my future
family to cover some of my bills. Its not an easy life i tell you but
I guess the idea of having my own family becomes a motivation for me.
Its something I look forward to and perhaps that would be the day I
would say to myself - you're all grown up :)

this leads to that ... sigh!
I just learn recently that Thailand is
a place for you to get really good cheap parts and accessories for
your car or bikes. After all most parts are manufactured there! I
just saw someone coming out from the airport recently with like two
huge plastic parts, I mean, shouldn't you wrap it up or something
before you check it in? oh well, maybe the weren't bothered. For me,
I would because Air Asia broke my bag once! so no more second time!
anyway back to cars...
Like i said before, having a car means
a lot to me, thats because where I live, you really need a car to get
around. The public transportation sucks and you cannot rely on the
taxi because you might get robbed - yes, I live in a scary place but
its home :) So, over 5 million people here think the same, so all of
them have cars, and what happens when they're over too many cars
around, you get major traffic congestions and through that traffic
congestions brew up impatient drivers and when you get impatient
drivers you get reckless drivers and when that happens reckless
driving leads to accidents! no wonder why in Malaysia it's federal
law that each car must have insurance. but thats beside the point,
what you really need is a suitable car! for me I wished I had a
hummer but its way too big for the roads here, it'll probably hog 2
lanes so the idea is scrapped. I did look into a 4 by 4 but the auto
loan was way too high. sigh, oh well i guess it'll just have to
stick with what i have until i have earned my fist million. tee hee,
to me i never though of investing money into a car - but
what-the-hell, you still need a car. geez!!!

Well, if you're ever in need of cash right now as I am, and no one is lending you any money, maybe you're too scared to ask from boss about advancing your pay. whatever the case is, in the state of an emergency you need money! and having to go through all the paper work is a hassle because you need your money fast! well if you're looking for some one who could meet your needs with faxless cash advancement you could check out perfectcashadvance.com - they are a group of people who offers top servicing in cash advance. As for me, these are services to help you through tough times like when something happens and you can't pay up your home loan or your family member has been admitted into hospital - you need the cash, so don't ever try to get a loan from loan sharks because what they do is charge you with an insanely high interest rate at their own discretion. Be smart ok, don't be a fool! There are always other means to getting “emergency money” other than them. However, i did mention in one of my post that you shouldn't use this as an excuse to run away from debt! The greed for money kills!

Finally! I've managed to get rid of my Samsung D900 thus giving myself a perfect excuse to own another! bwahhaha! though it's a little too soon for me to get the iPhone, I think I would just get myself a humble Nokia or perhaps a SE phone. Sigh, choices choices choices. Because of this, my intention to get my camera lense has also been postponed :( what-to-do, i have to use the cash i saved up for it to get the phone now. Anyway life goes on.

Sigh, too many people know when they're in deep shit hole of owing people money, they would think of a few dumb as things like jump of a building (you get some excitement before you splat over the sidewalk) or they would start seeking other means to repay their debts - I don't know, if you're stupid enough to actually apply for another credit card just to close the debt on the other - well wake up! it doesn't help! it only adds up more interest. So i know a few of my friends who are professionals in owing people money, these jerk off friends of mine doesn't know i own this blog, so I can say whatever the f**k i want so i don't care :) but if you're one of those who's reading this and you're one of those birds of the feathers that flock together then you may still have a small chance! ok number one solution - don't ever get money from loan sharks who is very popular here. you can borrow money from them a 1% interest - sounds cool, but if they want to change it to like 40% they can and they wont give a rats ass who you are. Alternatively, if you need online debt consolidation there are many people who provides you with a reasonable service but bare in mind these are not used for a remedy for life. When shit happens! people only pray to God above for help. that sort of thing I'm talking about. So don't be a jerk off!

get a grip on your wallet!
They
say that money is the root of all sins or (some would say) problems.
How very true. It is not because of one friend's friend i know I
would not even bother taking about this. Imagine, you are down to
your last dollar but yet the urge inside you insist you to do more
shopping. Well I'm a heavy consumer too, once I see something I like,
I'll really drool over it - what to do? I'm a gadget freak! I just
got myself this sowing stapler* Apologies for not having the image.
I'll upload the photo once I download the image from my camera. But
anyway back to the point. This friend, I'll call her Ms X - there,
discreet enough :p Ok, she has like 2 or 3 credit cards I know and
all of them have already exceeded the limit! yet she's still applying
for another so she can spend more and pay the minimal amount on each
cards. What really pisses me off is Ms X doesn't realize what she's
doing would lead her to a life of debts. I don't know about you but I
hate owing people money. It's like i have all these stuff... and it
all doesn't belong to me? WTH??? anyway thats not the worse, the
worse is that she's been asking for payday
cash advance! I mean its not a bad thing to inquire about payday
cash advance, but do it right! Lots of people i know who usually go
for payday cash advances are people who needs that money for
emergency and that sort. now these companies really help a lot when
you're faced with a situation but please, don't use the money to shop
shop shop shop shop. geez! this kid is killing me, i can't believe
I'm able to meet jerk offs like these.

the eight thousand dollar decision
Yesterday was an interesting day, I met up with a my brother's friend who helped us with our housing loan previously. Though I know people along that line who does housing loans, investments and that sort would somehow be involved with "insurance" to most people an insurance agent is like the boogie man. You would want to
A: Avoid them B: Beat them to a plump C: Impale them to a pole D: whatever you want to do to them - I don't care
But knowing he's my brother's friend I'd give him a chance. While talking with him, I actually had my own questions that I would like that ask him. So instead it was more of me talking more than him and he giving me the input, it was fun but I learn much from him. I was actually quite interested in becoming a part-time agent, helping people invest their finance. I mean you can put your money into FD (fix deposit) but the interest rates are way to little. Come on! I put around 10k and after 4 years... man, FOUR YEARS... i got like 400 bucks. Geez.... it was disappointing. But as the years went by I learn about mutual funds and took out all my FD money and shoved it to a mutual funds and I've already made a few thousands in approximately 5 - 6 months... think! Ok i wont go into that.
Because of this, I learn that in our every day lives, we need money and of course how we can put it to use... aiyah! to cut the story short I want to help people invest. So I was interested in becoming an agent. Solely because I want to educate people in the areas of investment. So one of the first thing i would need is to sit for an course on financial planning and later pass an exam by the government. The full course would be around 8k.... this was a let down for me.... but anyway - i think its worth it because once you get your license you can actually sell anything for anyone... may it be car insurance (good business in Malaysia because all cars need to renew their insurance every year), investments, insurance whatever you name it you can have it. So, it all comes back down to one thing that bottle-necks the decision... the money - sigh... should i or should i not? that is the question :p

I love my car, and I really
want to pump it up. It's a Honda City with no frills and thrills at
the moment, I mean, what to do right, it's second hand and the
previous owner was a lady. She's a catholic so I though she'd be nice
but boy was I wrong. But anyway back to my car. What i really want is
this ------>

Ok, it's a CR-Z but we don't
have it here where I live, sigh but i really want to do up my car.
But when reality strikes me, car is the liability, it sucks you dry
from your pocket, why? A- Maintenance B- Petrol C-Where I live it's a
miracle that your car wouldn't get scratches even if you parked it
somewhere safe and of course D- Insurance and Road that is compulsory
for you to get - D'OH! easily you would be spending over 2k a year on
your car and trust me 2k is not easy to come by unless you're filthy
rich but I'm just an ordinary white collar. $%#*! Insurance is good
business here because it's yearly, this year I hope I can lower down
the insurance because I would like to beef up my car. But the real
problem is where can I find the best car
insurance quotes? Well, to me I just left this to my wife! I know
I know it's pretty mean for me to do something like that so tonight
I'm gonna surprise her with something, see, I'm not that bad after
all :p

Error 101 - D'OH!!!! WTF???
If you are an on-line game geek, well, I'm sure you've definitely heard of this game "World Of Warcraft" Recently I played my Warlock till I reached level 60 and boy do they have it all planned well at Blizzard. They just have ways to make you upgrade and continue your account. So, they came out with an expansion known as "The Burning Crusade" it's all cool not because of the story - in fact I think there is not specific story but it's more of you having all the "epic" amours, mounts and all that kinda crap and getting "X" amount of honor points from killing the opposite faction. So there, A game claiming to have over 4 Million users, Correct me if I'm wrong but its hell've'lot of players thus through one stupid software Blizzard is one of the big boys in all gaming industry.
SO I WANTED TO UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT to the burning crusade through the on-line upgrade located at their site but oh nooooooo, they wouldn't let me, why? An error occurred with my Credit Card to which it was valid because i was using it to pay monthly for the fee - WTF?! so I lodge a report and they said that I might be a victim of credit card fraud. So, later I was more aware of all these things about phising crap and thief identity. Of course, the first time you encounter these kind of problems, you would probably freak! well, if you went through the WoW (world of warcraft) forums you would understand that this IS BLIZZARDS Fault! geez! but anyway if you've experienced stuff like that then you could check out LifeLock, they sorta protect your identity and all these phising stuff for you. Check out the LifeLock Promotion Codes and enter the LifeLock Promo Code for their promotion. I dunno, they say they would insure you up to a million if I'm not mistaken upon signing up. So, if you're always freaking out on theft identity and all that sort of stuff, just take my advise; Get the LifeLock.com Promotion Codes enter it and sign up! There easy peasy! you're safe....
